March’s Freebie is Here: The Balanced Daily Rhythm Blueprint
If you’ve been feeling like there’s never enough time, energy, or space to actually care for yourself, this month’s freebie is for you.
✨ The Balanced Daily Rhythm Blueprint is a simple, nourishing way to create more ease in your days—so you’re not just getting through postpartum but actually feeling good in it.
I’ve designed this guide to help you:
✔️ Understand how energy shifts throughout the day (so you can work with your body, not against it)
✔️ Create a daily rhythm that supports you instead of draining you
✔️ Build in simple, repeatable rituals to prevent burnout and exhaustion
This freebie pairs perfectly with the Intentionally Postpartum Planner, so I’m offering an exclusive 20% discount for my newsletter readers this month. The planner is normally $26—but click this link to grab yours for just $20!
Let’s talk real life for a second.
My son’s sleep has been a disaster lately. He’s still nursing through the night, his sleep is erratic, and after multiple nights of screaming fits in the bedroom, we officially moved our bed into the living room. It’s been rough.
I know I’m not the only one navigating sleep struggles, and I also know that when you’re stretched this thin, everything feels harder. So I want to share what’s keeping both of us regulated right now:
🍳 Bone broth-poached eggs for breakfast – Easy to digest, deeply nourishing for Qi and Blood.
🍖 Slow-cooked pork & beef – Helps replenish my energy and keeps my little one stable.
📵 Limited to no screen time – His meltdowns are way worse with screens, so we’re keeping them to a minimum.
❌ Zero sugar for my son – Even natural carbs make his mood swings worse.
🧈 My mineral butter blend – A powerhouse mix of minerals, adaptogens, and Qi-building foods to keep both of us balanced.
If your little one’s sleep (or your own exhaustion) has been out of control lately, it might not just be a “phase.” There are tangible ways to support your body and your child’s nervous system—and these little shifts have made all the difference for us.
(If you want the full mineral butter recipe, you’ll find it here!)
Maximizing Mineral Absorption
Minerals are essential for postpartum recovery, energy, and strong bones, but their absorption depends on gut health, proper co-factors, and avoiding common blockers—like dairy.
🧀 Dairy & Mineral Absorption: While raw or well-sourced dairy has its benefits, pasteurized dairy can interfere with the absorption of key minerals like iron, magnesium, and zinc. Calcium from dairy competes with these minerals for absorption, which can be an issue if you're relying on iron-rich foods like beef or mineral supplements.
🔑 How to Get the Most Out of Mineral Butter & Other Nutrient-Dense Foods:
✅ Take mineral butter away from high-calcium dairy (especially pasteurized dairy) to maximize absorption of iron, shilajit, and trace minerals.
✅ Pair with Vitamin C-rich foods (like citrus, bell peppers, or fermented veggies) to enhance iron absorption from meats.
✅ Eat slow-cooked meats and broths—these release highly bioavailable minerals that your body can absorb more easily.
✅ Consume healthy fats (like ghee and tallow) alongside minerals to aid absorption and cellular uptake.
By being mindful of these small adjustments, you’ll get the most out of every nutrient-packed bite—helping to rebuild energy, balance hormones, and support deep postpartum recovery.
Real Results: What’s Possible When You Get the Right Support
When you’re deep in postpartum exhaustion, it’s easy to believe that this is just how it has to be. But the truth is, your body is designed to heal. It just needs the right support.
Here’s what two of my clients have shared recently:
Intentionally Postpartum Client: "These past three months have been such a game-changer for me both in this postpartum phase and in life generally. I feel more clear mentally, more emotionally steady, and more in control of my days, which has actually led to more freedom instead of feeling like I'm stuck on a hamster wheel going in the wrong direction! This growth/ healing/ (whatever you want to call it) has created space for creativity to return, and I finally have the clarity and energy to start something I’ve been dreaming about for years. It’s been such a gift to be in this postpartum season (for the 5th time) feeling more grounded and confident. I’m so grateful for your guidance!" - Rachel
One-Month Client: "I am so thankful for this program and for the time you invested in me and my healing. Although I know I’m not quite where I want to be with my physical and emotional healing yet, I think this was what I needed to get back on my feet because I feel like I was near rock bottom. Even just feeling like you genuinely cared and wanted to listen was so helpful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart." - Elle
I have limited openings this month for my 1:1 Intentionally Postpartum program, and I’m also looking for one free client to work with in March. If you’ve been struggling with exhaustion, mood swings, brain fog, or feeling completely unlike yourself postpartum, let’s talk.
This program is for moms who are ready to step into a new, transformed, and up-leveled version of themselves—one that is stronger, more grounded, and deeply nourished. If that’s you, message me on IG or click here to apply.
You don’t have to push through alone. You don’t have to settle for feeling this tired. There’s a way forward, and I’d love to walk it with you.
Lots of Love,
Shelby
