Hey mamas,
I’ve been quiet on Instagram, and I wanted to talk about that.
I’m still here. Still holding space for the deep unraveling and rebuilding that postpartum asks of us. But I’ve been needing to step back and recalibrate. Not just from the scroll and the noise, but from the pace, the pressure, and the way social media can start to feel like a performance instead of a presence.
The truth is, I’m still integrating myself into this postpartum life, and the real, tangible parts of life matter so much more than how many views, likes, shares, and comments I’m getting.
So right now, I’m anchoring myself in what is real:
Emails, phone calls, and letters with friends that go deep
Cleaning, painting, and organizing my home
Listening to my son’s vocabulary expand EVERY DAY
And finding myself again through yoga, journaling, and breathing with intention
I’m not going anywhere. But I’m allowing myself to run this business with my feet on the ground, not my eyes on an algorithm. Because, quite frankly, it’s exhausting. And it doesn’t fit the picture of what I want or intend to be doing—and that means I’m less “available” and far more quiet (as is my nature).
If you’re here reading this, I want you to know that you are what makes this real for me. I hope you feel it when I say that you matter. How you feel in your body matters. And that’s why I send these emails. That’s why I share tips and recipes and grocery lists and ways to connect and heal—to guide you back to feeling good. Because it MATTERS.
So, on that note… If you’re in a place where support feels needed, you can always get my Free Mini Intake—a no-pressure way to get answers, clarity, and direction for whatever you're navigating right now. Postpartum depletion, mood swings, hormonal chaos, fatigue… nothing is too small or too complex.

Life may be swirling things around for me right now, but this work still lights me up. The best part of what I do is navigating the depths of healing with each woman I work with. It’s illuminating in a way that I just can’t explain. We pinpoint where things are going wrong (physically, emotionally, spiritually) and build a path back to balance together.
I haven’t been able to figure out how to translate that into content—maybe if I could it would help more moms who need it. In the meantime, you are my audience, and all I’m trying to do is show you that things can be better.
If you need depth, guidance, and healing, I’m here. My 3-month program is open for the Summer, and the application process is ongoing. If it calls to you in any way, please apply.
With Love and deep presence,
Shelby
